The company's own laundry
Do you only have 20 dish towels that need to be washed regularly? Even for this small number of items, you’ll still need to run a washing machine and dryer. An external laundry service must store your laundry separately from that of other customers. For this, they will charge a minimum order fee or a small-quantity surcharge per booking.
Rental linens as an affordable alternative
Rental linens can be more affordable: They are washed in large batches, and the linen service can simply pack the exact amount needed for each individual customer. As a result, minimum order quantities can be set significantly lower.
A side benefit of renting linens: No one at the business has to worry about purchasing or replacing worn-out linens.

How does the laundry get to the laundry service?
- The customer brings in their own laundry and picks them up (very labor-intensive)
- Laundry service offers pickup and delivery (the most convenient affordable solution, if available)
- Sending laundry by parcel (also convenient, but the packages must be packed and handed over to the shipping carrier)
At WirWaschen, we deliver directly to our customers in Berlin and Hamburg using our electric delivery vans. Throughout Germany, we deliver to our customers via parcel service in partnership with DHL.
