You book the laundry service on our website. We will send you a returns label with the confirmation (no printer required!).

No. We will send you an email with a parcel label after your booking, both as pdf and QR-code. However, you don't have to print it out yourself. Just present the QR-code to DHL and they will print the label.
You can hand in the parcel directly to a DHL delivery person, a parcel shop or a Packstation.
We process the laundry within 24 hours of receipt. As it takes around two working days to send and return the item, you should allow a processing time of one week.
You can give the parcel to a DHL delivery person when they deliver parcels (and still have room).

WirWaschen uses highly efficient professional washing machines and dryers. These have significantly lower water and energy consumption than comparable private appliances.
We currently offer only washing in the washing machine and drying in the tumble dryer. Unless requested differently, we use low temperatures to protect the laundry.
Accordingly, you can only have us process laundry that is suitable for washing machine cleaning and tumble drying.
Most T-shirts, socks, underwear, towels, and cotton shirts, sweaters, and pants are well suited for our laundry service.
Not suitable for WirWaschen are such textiles that are not suitable for washing machines or tumble dryers. These include, for example, delicates, most wool textiles, suits or wedding dresses.
