Our minimum order value per booking is 39,99€. You can also hand in less laundry, but we will always charge at least this amount for processing the laundry from one booking.
For you guidance: for 39,99€ we process 10kg of laundry, which corresponds to about two average loads in a normal washing machine.
We handle logistics exclusively with electric vehicles. Highly efficient professional washing machines and dryers are used for laundry processing. These have a significantly lower water and energy consumption than comparable private appliances.
We currently offer only washing in the washing machine and drying in the tumble dryer. Unless requested differently, we use low temperatures to protect the laundry.
Accordingly, you can only have us process laundry that is suitable for washing machine cleaning and tumble drying.
Most T-shirts, socks, underwear, towels, and cotton shirts, sweaters, and pants are well suited for our laundry service.
We are also happy to wash your duvets, comforters and pillows.
Not suitable for WirWaschen are such textiles that are not suitable for washing machines or tumble dryers. These include, for example, delicates, most wool textiles, suits or wedding dresses.

For laundry from private customers, we wash, dry, and fold the items. However, we do not iron them.
